The challenge

Rapid growth had outrun the campus and the plan

From 2010 to 8,000+ students, AdtU had filled its infrastructure and was planning only two years ahead. Its founders wanted a path to national and global stature.

Our approach

Size the opportunity, then plan to it

We analysed portfolio, enrolment, catchments, infrastructure and digital readiness, interviewed senior stakeholders, and turned it into a costed five-year plan.

The impact

One plan, with numbers and a dashboard

AdtU now has a five-year mission, strategic pillars, first-year objectives, a financial model and dashboards to track progress and spend against budget.
