The challenge
Coursera for Campus was scaling across a wide mix of Indian universities and colleges. To keep marquee clients, Coursera needed institutions to embed it in teaching, not just license it.
Our approach
We designed tools around how Indian institutions actually work: faculty, Boards of Studies, credit rules, semester calendars and examinations.
The impact
Coursera's customer success team gained a faculty model, an implementation handbook and course maps to help institutions offer Coursera courses for credit.
