The challenge
An established medical institution ready for autonomy
KIMS had built MBBS and MD/MS programmes and a large teaching hospital. To become a deemed university, it had to show the UGC it met every condition of the Distinct Category.
Our approach
Build the case, then steer it through the UGC
We wrote a DPR that mapped KIMS's clinical and academic strengths to the Distinct Category requirements, then supported the institution at each stage of UGC review.
