The challenge
As faculty and staff numbers grew, the University needed HR that could scale, attract talent in Bengaluru's competitive market, and comply with UGC norms and the Karnataka Private Universities Act.
Our approach
An intensive two-day on-site audit gave an evidence-based baseline; each later phase built on its findings, from structure to policy to pay.
The impact
Leadership received maturity scores for every domain and a practical plan to move HR to a business-partner model built for scale.
