Of intensive on-site review by two expert teams
The challenge
Already NAAC and NBA accredited, REC wanted an expert external audit to sharpen governance, OBE and research, and to reduce the risks of a largely manual examination system.
Our approach
Two parallel teams reviewed documents, systems and practice on campus, then analysed findings off-site against UGC, NAAC and NBA requirements.
The impact
REC received department-wise and institution-level recommendations, plus a roadmap to a secure, fully digital examination system.
