Virtual International Office run by Paradigm for the University

The challenge

Strong at home, little reach abroad

Medical and dental education since 1995, but no international office. The University wanted global partners for mobility and research, and to strengthen its accreditation and ranking profile.

Our approach

Become their international office

Authorised to represent the University, Paradigm's senior team and international advisors in India, Vancouver and Amsterdam reached, pitched and negotiated with partners directly.

The impact

Signed partnerships across three regions

MoUs with leading medical institutions now open routes for student and faculty mobility, joint research and academic exchange, led by the University's own faculty.
